About Me

I am a photographer and videographer with a focus on the ocean and everything that happens beneath the surface. Thanks to my experience in video editing, modern image processing, and as a certified PADI and SSI diving instructor, I have a deep understanding of the underwater world, both visually and technically. I work with both scuba gear and as a passionate freediver, moving freely through the water with my camera – always in search of authentic and special moments.

My professional journey began in the Indo-Pacific. In Raja Ampat, I first worked as a scientific assistant collecting data on local fish populations. Later, I was active as a diving instructor and photographer in Komodo and the Maldives. This period profoundly shaped my view of the ocean and my work.

It is important to me to capture the underwater world authentically – without artificial staging, but as it truly is. With this approach, I have already had the opportunity to collaborate with companies such as Euro-Divers Maldives and Scuba Republic Raja Ampat.

In addition to my photographic work, I offer high-quality fine art prints of my underwater photographs – optionally framed or unframed, depending on how the image is to be presented later. It is important to me that the motifs do not only exist digitally, but can also find their physical place.

Furthermore, I am currently working on a small selection of T-shirt designs based on my own photographs, translating underwater motifs into wearable form. The collection is currently still in development and will be released at a later date.

My work is aimed at people who love the ocean, appreciate the often-overlooked beauty underwater, and want to support independent, honest photography.
